English Unplugged is technically not a Speaking Club, it’s more of a lesson.  It’s an approach to teaching English without coursebooks or lots of materials being given to students.

Each week we will do a task at the beginning of the lesson and then we will see what happens!!!  We may decide to focus on a grammar point, some vocabulary, pronunciation, some listening practice or some further speaking practice.

You are encouraged to bring items to class – this could be in the form of a video, news article, a news headline, an email, a tweet, an Instagram or Facebook post, etc.
